Andrea “AB” Bailey

Andrea “AB” Bailey is a former collegiate athlete who emphasizes work ethic, energy, and fundamentals while helping athletes build confidence and leadership. She was a two-time all-conference shortstop turned infield specialist who creates the standard for footwork, hands, toughness and game IQ at Soar. Her journey through the game built the resilience, discipline, and work ethic that now define her coaching. Softball and the adversity in her own life taught AB how to compete through discomfort, trust, preparation, and earn confidence through consistency. Those lessons became the foundation of her approach to athlete development. She founded AB Training and partnered with Scott Ackerman to help build the SBA / Soar program from the ground up. AB’s coaching goes beyond fundamentals. She teaches athletes how to handle failure, compete with confidence, and build the resilience that carries far beyond the field and will stay with the athletes for life.
